After 2 months in Ireland, north and south, your restaurant takes top prize in my book. As so many others have stated, perfection. The bread, wine and main course were all served and cooked to a degree of the highest standards. My next trip to Dublin will be in 2011 and my first stop after exiting the plane will The Shack.

I was not impressed at all with the food. I dined here on the 22/08/09. I had to return my steak as it was apparant that the waitress and/or chef could not comprehend the meaning of "very well done". When the steak came back to me, it was still "pink in the middle" and had just been re-heated. Not even an apology !!! A total cheek.

Thank goodness we made 'The Shack' our venue for evening meal. The food was 'AB FAB' and generous portions too. So so tasty plus wide selection.
