 | Pat Murray Head Chef Pat has been with our company for many years and we are delighted to have such a talented Chef and Manager on our team.
Originally from Dublin, Pat attended The College of Catering at cathal Buragh where he qualified as a Chef. |

He Worked in many fine Establishments including Chez Jules, Plaza Hotel, Baton Rouge, Le caprice and Blooms Hotel before he joined us at The Shack Restaurant in 2001 as Chef, then being promoted to Head Chef in 2004. | |
 | Emil Caluseri 2nd Head Chef Emil was Born in Romania and came to Ireland in 1999. He joined our Team in 2002 and worked with us for 2 years when he decided to gain further experience in his career.
We were delighted when Emil re joined our Team in 2006. . |
