Terms and Conditions of Loyalty Program
- The promoter is: Universal Light Catering Limited whose registered office is at 24 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2
- By scanning the QR Code, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to join the program.
- By scanning the QR code, the applicant is indicating his/her agreement and full consent that the company may contact the member in the future by email for the purpose of email marketing for the company and the company sister companies
- By joining the program, the member is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and the rules of the competition.
- Only one QR joining Voucher of €10 will be accepted per person, per household, per email address. Multiple applications from the same person will be deleted.
- All offers of FREE vouchers will be by emailed QR Code only and be valid for SIX months from date of delivery.
- FREE QR Vouchers are only available ONE per household. Anyone who already has been given a QR Voucher, that has not been redeemed by way of purchase, and claims multiple vouchers will have they’re already issued voucher revoke.
- No responsibility can be accepted for applications not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of our Shack Restaurant Loyalty program are as follows:
- Scan the QR Code on the Table, in the magazine or the newspaper, then fill in the form with your Name, home address, email address and press send.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- Members will receive Gifts and Prizes from time to time as a Loyalty member, however the Company takes no responsibility of how, when or where these offers will be made.
- The Company accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or breakage during delivery by courier.
