Chilli Dublin Bay Prawns

8 Dublin bay prawns
1 tbsp. olive oil.
100g chilli butter (p260)
Method
- Peel and de-vein the prawns. (p284)
- In a frying pan add a tablespoon of olive oil and bring to a medium heat.
- Add the prawns and sweat for 1-2 mins until pink.
- Add the chilli butter and cook for another minute.
- Remove and serve in their full juices.
