Cooking with The Shack Restaurant
A Cookery Book with a twist – The book take the reader on a history journey through the old Temple Bar district, right through to the present-day attractions of one of the busiest areas in Dublin City.
Along the expedition, the reader will experience ‘The History of Irish Food’ providing the reader with an insight into what shaped our traditional fares. You will learn how in recent years, the Shack team twisted and moulded old traditional dishes, while keeping true Irish heritage.
The reader will also learn of my own voyage into food and how I now proudly own The Shack Restaurant, which opened over 22 years ago, and how privileged we have been over those years to serve over 1.5 million guests from around the world. It is an Honour and a Privilege.
